Denise Boreczky, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist
Denise is a registered dental hygienist and has been with our practice since 1975. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association (ADHA) as well as the Periodontal Study Club. She loves sharing her knowledge to help create and maintain healthy smiles. One of her favorite aspects of Marcotte Dental is that it is a multi-generational practice. Outside of work, she is a bell-ringer for the Salvation Army and enjoys eating, trying new restaurants in Detroit, reading, gardening, and Halloween.

Sally Marcotte
Insurance Specialist
Sally has been by Dr. O’s side since the beginning in 1967. She has done everything and helped almost everyone. Sally uses her years of experience to assist patients in navigating the complicated world of insurance. She loves getting to work closely with patients and help walk them through their treatments from start to finish.
Dawn Vassel
Financial Coordinator
Dawn graduated with her Associate of Arts degree in 1988 from La Universidad del País Vasco, and earned her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Toledo in 1990. She also completed her Master of Arts from Syracuse University in 1992. Dawn joined our team in 2023 and is a member of the USFSA, the University of Toledo Alumni Association, DIA, the Detroit Zoo, and The Henry Ford.
She loves that every patient she works with is different, with unique hobbies, careers, families, and histories. Outside of the office, Dawn volunteers with Almost Home, Bark Bark Wag, the University of Toledo Alumni Board, the Belle Isle Conservancy, the Belle Isle Aquarium, and USFSA. Dawn’s hobbies include travel, fostering dogs, aquatic habitats, and docent work!
Haley Collins
Treatment Coordinator
Haley joined our practice in 2022 as our treatment coordinator. She loves working closely with Dr. Sue, her coworkers, and helping patients achieve their ideal smiles. She truly appreciates how diverse her patients’ backgrounds are and learning about their unique life experiences. When she’s not at work, Haley loves to go to the gym, try new foods, take trips to the beach, and generally travel.
Aria Monterosso
Dental Assistant
Aria graduated in 2021 and is currently in school for a degree in dental hygiene. She joined our team in 2024 and loves working with our staff and patients. She appreciates the kindness and patience of our patients. Aria volunteers with World Medical Relief and when not in the office, she enjoys going on walks, watching F1 racing, and hanging out with friends and family.
Sierra Graves
Patient Coordinator
Sierra is our patient coordinator and has been with our practice since 2021. She attended Eastern Michigan where she was on the Dean’s List for two years. Her favorite aspects of her job are getting to know patients, spending time around her coworkers, and learning from all of the personalities that come into the office. Outside of work, Sierra enjoys swimming, yoga, and puzzles.

Lisa Wood
Patient Coordinator
Lisa graduated with her associate degree in Business Administration in 1991 and joined our practice in 2024. She loves the chance to work with great people in a fast-paced environment, and looks forward to greeting patients and helping them with their appointments when they arrive. Lisa’s hobbies include golfing, gardening, and making photo books.
